Hi there,

I am trying to reset my password on my other live account but am experiencing issues. Every time I follow the reset password steps and link emailed to my alternate email address I receive an error message (shown in the attachment).

I have tried this 6 times from various computers and IP addresses, I have also tried sending a verification code to my mobile but I think my number has changed since I registered my account. I need to access the emails in this account soon as they are important business messages.

Please help me guys :/
