Hi,

I have lost access to my Hotmail account.  I have asked to reset the password and it states 'We've sent a password reset link to these email addresses'.  My email address is listed below this comment.

However I am not getting the reset email, its not in Junk, have searched all folders.  Have waited 48hours.

Any help please?
