I submitted a request to reset my live.com password today. In a few minutes i received a confirmation and a separate email with a link. As directed i clicked on it. To my surprise there's a message saying the link is no longer valid. I don't understand how that happened. Its just a matter of minutes when i opened the email and clicked on the link. Is this just a glitch on your end? Do i have to resubmit the form again? Please help. Thanks
