Associated email to account is a hotmail.com account - source of problem.

filled out form almost every 3 days with no response to the alternate email I am using to communicate to this forum (it is a working email).

Multiple calls to customer service with no escalation/assistance. Currently upset/let down by the lack of knowledge of the cust support team that microsoft has, I am taking a shot on this platform with every finger and toe crossed.

Any recommendations? I will continue to fill out form with a multitude of emails and content on form. 

Please help me Obiwan Kanobe, you're my only hope....
