I have a Sky Drive in my computer through *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which has been working well.

I have got a new computer now and I am unable to use the same account on another computer as I have forgotten the password.

My password recovery options have not helped.

My secondary email address in the account info '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' does not exist now.

The next level detailed form which asks for a number of details does not go through either. I have got an email saying that there have been too many attempts. I need to try tomorrow again but I don't think I have options.

If there is a way I can prove that I am a genuine user based on my Sky-drive details instead of Hotmail email inbox content (like last few email addresses, subjects, etc.), it will help me reset the password easily. 

Else, if you can help me change the alternate email address to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, it will help me reset the password for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
