I forgot my password so tried to reset it. Eventually after providing enough information i managed to get my password link redirected to my mums email address. I typed my new password and accessed my account. When i next tried to log in it says the password is not correct. I've repeated this process a number of times. Every time i try to log in i have to change me password! very annoying! Does anyone know how to stop it?
