I want to change my password and the rules have gone so mental that i can't have the one i want and so i won't remember one that i make up and will have to change it every time.  I want one i've had before but I only had to change it because microsoft mucked up and locked me out saying i'd entered the wrong one too many times when i'd entered it once and it was correct.  So i would like to talk to someone to change it to the one i want.
