I created an email account (outlook.com) for my son and left the date at 2013 accidentally.

He tries to log in and it asks for my permission.  He is 21 years old!

I went through the steps to grant permission and paid the .50 charge (which I think is unnecessary). 

Every time he tries to login it still gives him the screen for permissions (grant now, or send email).  I cleared the cache and did other things suggested here but he is not able to log in and I'm not able to change his birth date to the proper date.

Please advise as I paid for something that is NOT working.
