I would really appreciate a mods support as I have had this problem for a few days and as such have been unable to play online on my Xbox. If there is any way to remove the parental protection on my normal account this would be more than appreciated, or
maybe some way of resetting the password for the parental account without having to go through the normal password reset form. I have already posted the same question in a different sub-section, however I have had no response yet so I figured I may have more
luck getting answers here.
I have been unable to log into my Xbox Live Account due to needing the details for my parental account. I have tried resetting the password but each time I do so the form comes back saying I do not have enough correct information (which makes sense as
I haven't even used the account for anything yet). What's worse is that I must have just randomly filled in details for it at the time of creation (including the password and security answer), considering I was never planning to use that account for anything
anyway.
