So I've emailed support (no response) and spoken with the guys on Twitter (who recommended I come here). After a few seconds of logging into my email I get the attached error message.



This is news to me as I'm 26 and my parents really don't have anything to do with my life in this regard. I showed patience the first 24 hours but now it is a tad frustrating.
