Hello, I have a Microsoft 365 online account. I was trying to place a file from my MacOS PC into OneDrive and was asked to enter a Windows Live ID. I entered the login information for my Microsoft 365 account and received a dialog box. All it said was
"Alert". Then I went to create a Windows Live ID and it is asking me to register a new account. I do not want to open a new account. Can I link the Microsoft 356 to a Windows Live ID?

when I try to find an album that I have created in my photos from another program or from a printing site on crome I can not see it .

I use iphone to take video then download the *.MOV files to Windows 10 and edit in MS photo
The videos play smoothly however when I edit the videos (Edit & Create -> Create a video with text), it becomes very choppy. It used to work fine.
I tried updating video driver, repair/ reset windows photo app but still experiencing the same choppy editing problem.
How I can solve this problem?
All I want is simple video editing, speed, add the background music, text etc.

I cannot receive emails but I can send them.
On opening outlook which until yesterday was working well I keep receiving the pop-up asking me to enter my username and password for the following server which is imap.gmail.com. The username and password are already on the pop-up but every time I press ok it simply pops back up. The same happens if I try to cancel it. While this is happening I can't use outlook to receive or send e-mails. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

i have a large amount of photos with tags in window live photo gallery on an old computer and have just purchased a new one. i want to transfer either the program or a program that will use the tag and information on the photos. Is ther a new program that will do this from microsoft?
This started when my email files were found in recycle bin this morning, I restored all the files, but I cannot open any of these old emails.
Was out of town for about 10 days, when I returned and started deleting, moving, or opening junk email, I could not do so for those dated Aug 31-Sept 4. All those since that time can be handled as in the past, either deleted, moved, or opened.
The error message says "Unknown Error", so that told me nothing. Suggestions???
