I keep on trying to open links in Mail for Windows 10, but it ALWAYS says, ' Unable to open https://___________________' I don't know what is wrong or if it is a bug, but it is really annoying that I have to copy it and then paste the link into Edge where I should just be able to just click on it.

Hope anyone can help

I am seeking any help on an issue that occurred Nov 1, 2020.  I do realize that Windows Live Mail is no longer supported but we have been using it successfully up to now.

This issue is occurring on two separate computers that do not share files.

On October 31, 2020, program was successfully receiving and sending emails.

On Nov 1, 2020, emails are not downloading from my internet provider email server.  My internet provider reports no service interruptions.

When we try to send an email, it moves to the Outbox but a test shows that the emails are actually sent and arrive at their destination.

The program issues three different pop-ups.

1)  Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

2) The server rejected your login.  Please verify that your user name and password are correct.

Details:  Account does not have IMAP access enabled.

3) Unable to send or receive messages for the account.  Header download for the "Deleted items" folder did not complete.  Your server unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server response:  Account does not have IMAP access enabled.

I have gone to the control panel to see if I am able to repair the Windows Essentials installation but that is not offered as an option.  Only uninstall is offered.

My email provider suggested turning off my Zonealarm antivirus to see if that might be blocking the operations, but that does not resolve the issue.

My internet provider also verifies that all my settings for their server are correct.

I am hoping that someone might have an idea on how to hopefully get the program functioning again.  I am not very tech savvy, so a complicated solution is not something that I would be able to accomplish.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I am trying to screenrecord using the win-alt-r shortcut, but it is not capturing the audio. Do you know why this is? BTW, I'm trying to screen record something on pygame. I am able to capture the audio on all other things, just not pygame.

why should I spend a lot of money for McAfee when Windows 10 already provides protection?
