e-mail will not send or receive after an automatic update.
I am having difficulty following online instructions that produce any result.
Latest try was to phone me on my cell phone. Never received a call.
All of my sub folders and respective emails have disappeared. It happened out of the blue while using other computer functions.
How can I retrieve the lost folders and email messages?
Please help: I am trying to use a new version of movie maker and retrieve an old video file in MSWMM format but despite having movie maker downloaded, I cannot open the old file with this program/ap as it does not show up as an option to open the file with in my programs. Please help?

I have a video I made several years ago. It is a .MSWMM file. It will not open in media player.
I have downloaded Movie maker pro and it still wont open.
What do I need to do to open it please.
I cannot "Send" from Windows Live Mail 2012 and get the following message.
