Question about Outlook Express

I am using Comcast and emails will automatically download to Outlook but not to Microsoft Mail.  Using "Sync all emails" from the Tools menu will download emails.  Rather use Mail than Outlook.

Hi! Hope you are doing well. Recently, I am facing issues with my Microsoft Photos app, which came built-in with the OS. As I click the app, it opens, but shows a black screen. After 4-5 seconds, it automatically disappears without any error message. Tried every steps- resetting, repairing, reinstalling, etc. I even gave my pc a hard reset, which removed all my files except the C drive. Nothing worked. Now what can be done in order to fix this issue? 

My email quit working yesterday with an error message that I am 13.6 gig over my limit. Obviously, this did not happen overnight and there was no warning in the years before yesterday that my account was over limit. I have tried clearing out my sent folder and hundreds of emails, but the account is not updating. I have several crucial items queued to this email address. Can you please help?

i cant open mail

I am still on Windows 7 and have been using Windows Live Mail, but today when I was in my email , I by mistake clicked on go off line and now I cannot go back online I cannot send/ receive any emails any more. My windows live e-mail address is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" but to ask help from you, you required a new email address so I had to set one up???but I still want to use Windows Live Mail with my shaw e-mail. Please help me fix this to being back online??

At turn on,a message pops up in Windows notification box stating that my email server account settings are out of date.Then I open Windows 10 mail app.A message appears stating,We cannot access this account.You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device.Then a large diaolog box appears stating:Attention Required:Please update the password for this account.My email user name is there.With a blank box to type my email password.Do you think this could be a scam or hook?I can not send or receive any email from the Windows 10 Mail App.Grateful for help. 

I've been using Live Mail 2012 for years and suddenly yesterday and today I can receive but not send emails get the above error saying possible server or network problems, any ifeas please
