I am having trouble getting to replace missing dll files on my laptop, I've tried reinstalling them but the pc keeps saying files Not found, Please advice on how to go about reinstalling them if possible, Thanks
I have a Win 7 Professional, with 8 GB Ram which I have been using for the last 10 years. Ever since I have owned this Laptop, I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials as my anti-virus. Till 2nd February 2021, I have had no issues with M S E which updates and scans my Laptop around 06:00 A.M. on a daily basis.
From 3rd February 2021, I have noticed that MSE has been updating and scanning my Laptop atleast three times a day against the norm of once every 24 hours. I found this very strange. I wish to point out that I have made no changes on my Laptop. The only thing I suspect is that this has started only after the Engine number has changed as under :
Upto 2nd February, 2021 Previous Engine Version was 1.1.17700.4
3rd February 2021 onwards Updated Engine Version is : 1.1.17800.5
MSE, now it seems has been updating definitions and scanning computers on a random basis. I also wish to add that if my Laptop is not connected to the Internet and MSE decides to update definitions at that time, an error is reported as under :
Event ID: 2001 Microsoft Antimalware has encountered an error trying to update signatures.
I would be keen to know if others are facing the same problem. Would Microsoft take this up in right earnest ?

I'm in movie maker. I have a file listed and I click on this file. An error message comes up and says, "The system cannot find the file specified." I've tried everything to get the file up and running. What do I do?
It fails with error ID 0x800CCC78, suggesting incorrect sender's email address, which in fact is the case.
But I don't know how to correct it as it is correct in Mail Account / E-Mail address and elsewhere.

I added a folder to the Microsft Photos app. All the subfolders have been added but all the photos are not displaying. If I add a photo to one of the subfolders, it shows but the original photos in there do not. I have repaired and restarted te app and am using the latest version of Windows 10. How can I fix this?
I am not sure how or why this happened but all of my exported videos are capped at 20-30 fps maximum even at the highest quality settings. How can I stop this from happening?
I'm going through game screenshots and trying to delete some, but the delete button (and favorites button, but I'm not going to use it anyway) is greyed out/disabled. I can't click them, the delete button on my keyboard does nothing, and right-clicking also doesn't show a delete option. Is there a way to fix this?

I can still send and receive emails via webmail.
Any assistance / suggestions would be much appreciated. (I am not very IT literate, so the simpler the better!)
