Hello, I have read many, many answers to this problem in this forum, and cannot find my folders. There is a carat next to the  Inbox but when I click on this, it drops down a folder which I created this morning, and no other folders. I obviously cannot re-create all my folders, and as there are quite important things in there I need some help.

Many Thanks

Carmel

BOSE Headphones, bluetooth.

I feel that I have exhausted all netly remedies to my problems.  I cannot get my Windows 7   computer to pair with my BOSE QCll wireless bluetooth headphones.  Computer lists said headphones in devices and printer but does not indicate that is paired.  These headphones are new, work well in several of my other devices. I am using a CSR 4.0 bluetooth USB adapter.

I installed the Windows April 2018 update for Windows 10 yesterday. Today, I opened Windows Live Mail to find that the graphics have mutated in a way I can only describe as "weird". Part of the text from the left hand side, e.g. the email header, the contacts list etc, is reflected backwards and flipped 90degrees, appearing along the bottom of the screen above the task bar. Other programs such as Excel, Word, Photoshop, Edge and Mozilla seem to be functioning ok. The problem seems isolated to Windows Live Mail. I can't attach an image of this as it shows too much personal information but below is a snip of how the contacts window looks now. It's the same if I open a new folder in Windows live too.

I'd be grateful for some explanation or help how to fix it!

I use Windows Livemail as a frontend to my Sky email account - have done for years - as a result I have lots of folders with valuable (to me) files in them.  Last weekend I had to do a reset of my Windows 10 desktop pc so had to re-install all my programs.  All has gone well apart from Livemail which won't let me back in.  I'd happily move away from Livemail to Outlook but I want to take my folders with me.  Without being able to sign in to Livemail, it seems I cannot access my folders to move them to Outlook.

The real problem is:  why can I no longer access my Livemail account?  The server is pop.tools.sky.com and the user id is my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  That and my password allow me to see my mails on Sky webmail and on Outlook but not on Livemail.  Please can you help?

thanks

Adrian O'Connor

I am traveling around Europe for one year and i keep getting asked to verify my email account.

Is there a way to stop this?

Sometimes it will also lock me out of the email on my iDevice and after verifying the email through your site i have to verify the email through my phone settings also.

It is getting Very painful to verify my account every week or two while traveling. It has been 3months so far and i really dont want have to do it for another 9months! ha

Thanks, Michael
