My WLM keeps telling me I have emails in my outbox to send.I do not.How can I eliminate the constant reminder?

Hi I have 11 email distribution lists (categories).  3 of them work and the rest don't.    I address an email to myself then put the category name in the bcc line.  The name of the catergory shows with a + sign.  When I click on it is empty.  Help!  Thank you, Sue

I made the video and saved it, downloaded it to my computer, the video has no sound now.

What can I do to correct this problem?

I hate that the Contact list in Windows mail is now a separate program.    But my biggest issue is - how can I set People or Mail to automatically store emails of people that I email regularly?  Why do I have to take the step to specifically go in an set up a new contact?
