Question about Outlook Express

I use WL for 3 separate accounts and last week it completely deleted one gmail account. The account still exists as I checked the web version but how can this happen? There also seems to be some instability as sometimes a black background appears and scrolling becomes a problem with items not visible until I scroll down. Thank you.

Problems with extra extraneous words on windows live mail

When I click on an email in my in box , I get an Error message that says this message can't be opened because it no longer exists. It says please copy the message before closing as it will not be saved . But there is no message there. Co-workers copied in the email can still see and open it from their email .

I am not and have not deleted the emails and they are not in my deleted file .

I enter in search SPCA Monterey County and the window that appears shows ASPCA first before SPCA Monterey County.  This is totally inappropriate as ASPCA has nothing to do with a local animal welfare organization, even though they wrongly purport to fund local animal shelters.  I ask that Microsoft's search engine remove the listing for ASPCA when a user selects SPCA Monterey County.

Please advise if Microsoft will do this removal.

I would like to be able to color code folders in Windows. is this feature available already? I know this is on for iMac.
