I received a email from Verizon on my 5S I phone explaining they are going to delete my photos, or I have to sign up to Premiere... Is there a way I can store my photos in Hotmail Cloud....I am 71 yrs YOUNG so I need some help. Thank You!
cannot send video on Microsoft Mail
i am trying to set up my windows live mail so that it connects with my live and outlook accounts but it keeps giving me error messages. I have a socket error 11004 and it tells me it cant configure. I have several emails that are in my outbox but arent being sent. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I have a Hotmail account linked to outlook which stopped working a few days ago.. When I 'sync' it says the Hotmail account is unavailable. Please would you let me know how to reactivate the account.
HI all,
Would be grateful for any help on this issue please ? Running Windows Live Mail 2012 and getting error message "cannot download new messages from IMAP server".
When I close the error box, I get a message stating
"Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
I can still send emails and can access by account via gmail but I have no idea why windows has suddenly gone wrong.
Any help would be appreciated please - and especially in plain English as I'm not very techie!
Since the April 2018 Update my Live Mail, which previously has worked fine, has started looking like this.
How can I fix this, please?
