J'ai suivi vos instructions (voir ci-dessous) correctement pour réparer (réinstaller ) Windows essentials, mais sans succès. Réponse d'échec de l'installation.

Sur Windows live mail, il a y des icônes de groupes de discussion en bas de la page à gauche qui troublent l'affichage.

- Ouvre l'Explorateur Windows
- Développe C:\Program Files (x86)
- Ouvre Windows Live
- Ouvre Installer
- Clique droite sur wlarp.exe et sélectionne Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
- Répare Windows Essentials.

On an email which I am subscribed to I have recently had problems, when I click to go to the site or click on an article in the email all I get is a blank page. I am using Windows live mail 2012 on Windows 10 home.

A few months back I attempted to login to WIndows Live Mail. I had to go through the special login process to prove I was an adult. I followed the "I'm an adult why do I have to do this?" prompt but still had to enter my Credit Card details in order to login.
Both my date of birth and my credit card details are stored against my Microsoft account - why did I have to go through this process?
I cannot get my original email account back, so I created an alias. My question is what would happen if I removed the original from the task master. I constantly have a window that pops up telling me to correct the issue. Microsoft keeps telling me they don't have enough information from me to fix it. This is a home computer where I rarely use the email. I have attempted several times to resolve the issue to no avail, and I believe something happened due to an update, or possibly someone was trying to hack me. They are suppose to protect us from this happening. Any help would be appreciated as I am not tech savvy.
