Windows Live Mail FAQ
I have BT mail on my desktop computer with windows 7, and have managed to load it onto my new laptop running windows 10 and keep most of my folders etc, but only by loading it through the windows 10 calendar app. It is more or less functional now but I would like to import my contacts as well.
How do I do this?.

When I try to open a picture from an e-mail, it won’t open in .jpg file format. When I go into Properties it has File type: File and Description: 495. How do I fix this?????
Hello.
Been using WinMail for years when suddenly today, its unable to send or receive mail. Called I/P (Charter/Spectrum) and in the end, with their infinite wisdom, they created a secondary email. Our same email now followed with the designation (1). DID NOT resolve the whatsoever. Follow up calls to Charter result only in their telling me that this is a Microsoft issue and they basically hung up on me (another reason to love Charter/Spectrum). So, I need help with the following:
1. Delete the secondary email Charter/Spectrum created in error
2. Help to receive/send emails
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
Can someone please tell me how you download pictures from a memory stick to my computer?
Any help will be appreciated.

I use Windows Live under Windows 7 OS. This program allows me to create groupings of the original contacts (I handle the membership of an private organization with over 450 contacts). Yesterday I apparently lost all my contacts. I had a slightly older back-up in .csv format so I downloaded it. Now every time I try to access a contact to edit, it tells me information could not be saved - verify information and continue. I ultimately have to re-input all info whenever I need to edit. I have looked at Windows 10 email system and could not find the grouping feature.
