my Photo app stopped working with no warning.   I am frustrated I can't find a solution that works. 

Finding How To's or any kind of support is time consuming and complicated.  Can this thing just work ? On top of this what stupid Category am I supposed to select for the right help?

How do I identify the location of the photo that appears when I log on to my computer?

Beautiful opening photos appear when I log on to my computer.  Sometimes the location is identified but usually the location is not identified.  How can I identify the location of the photo when it is not automatically listed?

I am making a movie on movie maker. One of the videos I have uploaded have a problem - the sound is faster than the actual video. It says the speed is only 1x, and I tried detaching the audio but nothing works.

Hi, so I have accidentally deleted my windows live account while I was trying to set my son up with my old computer. Is there any hope of fixing my old account so that I can have access to all of my stuff? Any help would greatly be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks in advance Dain.

I can't seem to get any emails in my inbox any more. All emails have disappeared as if I haven't ever had an account. Suggestions? 

I have used my printer before for printing emails. But today the task gets stuck in the printer que but does not print. ???
