Question about Outlook Express

Which Intel driver can I use instead of my currently installed : Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0) Graphics Driver version 8.15.10.2697.  

I want to install the previous version - which one is the correct driver?   I searched the Intel site and there are many - I am not sure which one to select.  

My graphics card is integrated (Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100).

Prior to the Apr 2018 update, my Microsoft email app showed my Hotmail & Outlook Email accounts along with my 2 GMail Email accounts.  Now, even after deleting the GMail email accounts and re-adding them, the GMail Email accounts will not show in the Microsoft email app.  the GMail accounts show in the Manage Accounts window but not on the Main display thereby preventing me from seeing what is in the inbox and other folders.

I have hit a wall trying to figure this out...any advice that will fix this will be greatly appreciated.

I bought a game on Steam, but it needs Games for Windows Live. I have an old account, i changed the password to it, so I can log in. But when I start the game it needs to log in to Windows LIVE, but when I type in everything and the serial code for the game, it says "The Windows Live ID does not exist or your password is incorrect." I logged in with this existing account via my web browser, and i see everything. My old games, my profile... but inside the game it's not working.

Can You help me with this problem?

I can't send any emails on Windows Live Mail, but I do receive them. They aren't in my Outbox. My Comcast POP3 settings are current and correct.  I checked the Event Log and found these:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModification

Event WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I'm not computer-literate enough to know how to analyze these codes or correct the errors. I am running Windows Live Mail 2012 Build 16.4.3528.331 on Windows 7. This problem began May 15, 2018. The program has worked fine for many years.

My windows live 7 will not send out

 I created a folder in my android email account.  I put a slash in the name and received a notice that I can't do that and to rename the folder.  I did

that three days ago!!  I'm continuing to get messages from Microsoft over and over again in my spam and inbox.  Since then I have deleted the 

folder!!  Please help me to make to STOP!!!

I have two emails in my deleted emails that I cannot delete or move to a different folder; I get a message when I try to delete, "An error has occurred". Any thoughts, please?
