My Windows Live Mail is not acting properly. It takes 10 seconds or more to open an email in the Inbox. I was opening them in the Quick View UnRead box, which was faster, but now they don't go to that box. And now this morning, I noticed that I have to click on "Show Images" on each email. Do I need to install upgrades maybe, and how do I do it?

Since then I am unable to send bulk emails. I can send groups of five and then I receive a message that I have reached my limit for the hour.
If I was running a business and sending a newsletter to my clients this would be a big problem.
Hoping you can help me as my Internet provider offers no help.

I go into contacts click on Edit make the alteration...…. click on save...….check that the alteration is on the contact list..... but when I go to send email ...it just presents in the old way with no alteration...… have done this time and time again with no success
