Laptop: Dell Latitude D620 - 4 GB RAM - 32-bit - 120GB SSD

Operating system: Win 10 Pro 32-bit or Win 10 Home 32-bit

When I install Windows Live Mail 2012 on the Dell laptop, it is never displayed correctly with Win 10 Pro 32-bit or Win 10 Home 32-bit.

What I see is some of the text is displayed vertically, yes vertically...

I have installed Windows Live Mail 2012 on different other systems with Windows 10, but they were 64-bit.

And, so it seems to me that Windows Live Mail 2012 cannot be correctly configured when it is installed with a 32-bit system.

Just as with nmchick's question in 2017 I too have a whole set of folders under "Microsoft Photos" that have automatically given dates far into the future which is a right pain as those, which date back as far as 2006, are dated 2023/2024 so always are at the top of the list.  Strangely enough I didn't take these photos in the future so I want to change the dates to the correct years but, as no-one seemed to understand nmchick's reasoning I have not been able to get any help from that quarter!

Now, a year on, can anyone help me to change the future dates on the "Microsoft Photos" folders and not every individual photo which, in any case, already have their correct dates.

Windows live will not take my password.  Have tried everything I've read short of reinstalling.  Ran wlarp and all.  Funny thing is it keeps popping up and I keep hitting it and sometimes incoming will start and all is good.  Next day same thing won't work.  any thoughts?  It's a sbcglobal.net account so I had tried the yahoo and different setting with same results.  Thought I had it fix on a port change but it can back.   It came bundle with Office 2010 so I would not think it's linked to essentials.
