 Hello,

I am getting this error when trying to log into my Windows Live email...... I have changed nothing. Do you know how to fix this?

Whenever I receive mail from one of my contacts it goes into the junk file.  This just started after the Comcast update.  Anyone know how I can fix this?

2nd pc problem

My husband and I used to share one pc. Now we have bought a second pc but we only have one Microsoft account which seems to be confusing, not for us but for our pcs and our account. I have the old pc and my husband is using the new one. The problem is that my pc doesn't like me to change the administrator name and keeps wanting to go back to the original name. Also it won't accept my passwords and keeps asking me to change. Onedrive is also a problem as it is giving me the same password requests I am encountering all the time. Today I am faced with Authorship problems as I am not being allowed to change the author of a piece I am writing from my husband's name to mine.  Is there a simple solution to this?

I tried unsuccessfully at first to create a new Email account in Windows Live Mail and wound up deleting it. But this orphaned Outbox was left behind with nothing in it and no way to remove it. I've got several Email addresses created on this with their own individual Outboxes but this particular one is all by itself and asking to be removed. What's wrong? And is there a way possible for that indeed to be removed? Thank you!
