about 2 months ago windows 10 update corrupted the screen image on windows live mail. I called ms help and was told it is a known bug and a fix would be available in a couple weeks. Anyone else have a solution?

Cannot receive mail from Windows Live. Error message: 0x800cc90, server error Live mail error 0x800cc92 Pop 3 Part 995. It won't accept my password even tried changing it. So Frustrating.

I have a Dell Laptop almost one year old. It has been giving me a lot of problems. Like skipping from one page to another. There are so many things wrong it was doing I refreshed it checking the option to save my files. I lost all my Gmail and Photos my hotmail my yahoo mail. Can someone please tell me if there is a way they can be restored. I would appreciate any help I can get. I lost all my grand children and great grand children's photos. I hope someone can help me.

First time using Movie Maker. For the most part I have zero problems saving a movie after creating the project.
When saving a small dialog box pops up and says:
Saving Movie
Step 1 of 1
It then saves it. Awesome.
However, sometimes when saving a movie the same dialog box comes up and says:
Saving Movie
Step 1 of 2
...and it never moves forward from there.
I don't know what the 2nd step would be and I am not knowingly doing anything any different that I would do on any other clip that I create when I'm getting only a 1 step save.
Any ideas?
