I had storms in my area on 8/2/18 and have not been able to retrieve emails. I can't reset password because it wants to send resets to email that I can't access.
when i am on any site and i move the pointer across to piont on something down or across the screen why does it go to a smaller window with two other window sites and it says paused on the window i was on. can there be a ajustment for this?

I'm trying to sync mail, but I keep getting this error code: x80070057.
when I send an email, the recipient gets it from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** rather than from my usual email address. It often goes in to junk mail at the other end and we don't get our orders! Ouch! How would I change this back? Thanks in advance!
I know that Windows Essentials 2012 is no longer supported by Microsoft, is it still necessary to keep it or can I remove it from my system?
