The problem started with the latest keyboard driver which caused my laptops keyboard to stop working , giving code 19 error , I tried everything to fix it but it just didn't work and fear of causing more damage had me stop fixing it , so I installed a previous version of the driver and I got my keyboard back , it works good now in normal mode , but yesterday I accidently deleted some files and folders while cleaning the PC and I wanted to do a full system recovery to recover them back ,

I booted into the advance startup options , clicked on system restore and the problem got worse right here: It asked me to enter my password but "keyboard is completely dead" here , I can't enter my password can't type anything , keyboard just doesn't work in here , it just gives me the option of changing keyboard layout , my mouse working so I chose all languages there 1 by 1 with mouse and keyboard is just totally dead , it just doesn't work to enter the password , so I returned back to windows 10 , worse then this I able to do a system recovery with the control panel but I saw my files not backed up in the correct driver therefore I lost my data , it was not something big , I can probably get my data back within few weeks , I turned both C and D drivers on now and I should not lose data ever again

I searched entire internet , web , forums , guides , tutorials , here is what I tried:

-BIOS LEGACY USB KEYBOARD SUPPORT - ENABLED , it didn't do anything

-I'm using a laptop and don't have PS/2 port

-Don't have any other extra keyboard and don't have money to buy a new keyboard to try the 2 usb ports and I don't want to travel around with extra keyboard everywhere just to bypass the password

-BIOS sits on the version 3.0.3 while there's a new update of 3.0.6 , I didn't touch it , didn't update it

-Current version of the keyboard driver kills my keyboard completely and gives code 19 error , so I'm using an older version of the driver , it works ok but not works on advance startup options thus I can't enter password to do a system recovery

-I can do system recovery with the control panel but I want to use the keyboard on advance startup options , the one with with blue background screen where it doesn't work , I want my laptop work smooth and not broken on some parts just like this keyboard not working on advance startup options

-if it's possible I want to remove my password completely so I can access advanced startup options without entering password , it's probably not a good solution as if it wants me to enter a key to perform an action again "keyboard will still not work"

-I can probably do a hard format to the laptop as I don't have anything big installed after I backup my small data , if its gonna fix this I can do that and restore everything probably in 2-3 weeks , but I want to ask if format gonna fix this , even if its fix it what about the latest keyboard driver? it will probably brick the keyboard again on advance startup options

I am very locked down here , I just tried everything about 20 hours and I still keep trying to find a fix and when I do find a fix , I will back up system 20xtimes just to make sure for it to never happen ever again , very exhausted , my brain CPU heated up very badly %99.9 because of this , please help!

sorry for my bad English as English is not my main language , any help will be heavily appreciated , thank you.

Today I started getting the pop-up window message in Windows Live Mail asking for my username and password.  It hasn't changed, and it's all filled in, but it still won't stop popping up asking me this for my inbound mail.  How can I get this to stop so I can download my emails.  This is driving me nuts!  I'v even restarted my computer, but that didn't work either.  Can anybody help me fix this?  Thank you!

I receiving error message that my login was not accepted.

Have tried to make new accounts but now cannot receive or send email.

If I do WLM repair, will it damage the existing WLM software?

Since WLM is not longer supported do you have any suggestions?
