Windows Live Mail FAQ
I have been using Windows Live Mail on Windows 10 without problems for over 3 years. Recently, deleted emails return upon next startup - text is gone - replaced with - "This message cannot be found." Does anyone know how to fix this issue as I would like to keep using Windows Live Mail.

For the past few days WLM 2012 will not allow me to sign into either of my email addresses that I use on this platform.
I get an error message that either the email address or password is incorrect. So I reloaded one of the email addresses. It repopulated, but I still cannot sign in. And once I reloaded it, I could no longer receive email in the 2nd email address. I tried reloading the 2nd one, but it will not populate my files or any email, & will also not allow me to sign into that account. Same error message. I don't know what to do. I saw a similar question regarding a Gmail account on WLM, but the answer doesn't apply to me. Please help!
I was working with a tech named Logan and we were running a system restore. I was suppose to be able to rejoin him with a link he put on the computer. Restore ran for over 4 hours and instead of crashing the computer I let it run and after 4 hours I just went to bed to get some sleep. When I got up restore had removed all my browsers. Until just now I could not figure out how to get back on the internet so we could complete working on the computer. I use Chrome and every once in a while Firefox. I remembered the tech was using Edge so did a search on the computer and found edge after I got up. Edge did work. I was able to repair Chrome so am just now getting back on the computer. I want Logan to be the one to complete what we were doing. He had checked so many things and I don't want to have to start all over. Is there some why to get Logan back to complete working on this computer.
I hate UPDATEs with a passion and every time this is done, I have nothing but problems with my computer.

my Macbookpro has broken mainboard again and it is impossible to find replacemen. I would like to recover emails from Windows Live Mail to WIndowsa 10 Mail application. New computer has Windows 10.
On the old HDD emails are in .eml format, what is the easiest way to use it in Windows 10 Mail?

Hi,
I was recently splicing together some videos in the Windows Video Editor app and came across an issue when exporting. The exported video file is distorted and pixelated with black areas across it (image attached below). It previews perfectly and only seems to impact it when exporting. The computer I'm using is operating with the original graphics card, so don't thing that is the issue. Any help would be appreciated!
Parts that I've trimmed for my video look fine in the preview but when I save and watch the edited video the parts I had trimmed are still there. I came across another question with the same problem that didn't have a clear answer. From my provided video you can see in the finished product the title cards that were previously trimmed out are still there but in the preview they aren't. I had tried trimming my clips and it hasn't worked. I really don't want to redo my project. I'd like to know if there's any solution to this, thank you.
