I have been using windows live mail 2011 but now the calendar is corrupted so I can't even open live mail anymore.  How do I migrate my contacts and storage folders to the windows 10 mail app?

When I open "File Explorer" it appears for a brief moment and then disappears?  Also, "Word" does the same thing.  Need help here.

windows movie maker will not up load (.MTS) file

when i try a import a video from my sony camcorder memery chip widows move maker tells me The file C:\Users\me\Videos\00001.MTS is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.. why. 

what can i do. i have seen on youtube other people using MTS files on movie maker. how come i cant.
