Question about Outlook Express

I have a new computer with MS office +outlook. Win10  mail will not save sent and deleted messages from ISP PlusNet. I have tried POP and IMAP settings, deleting and reloading the accounts, set download to anytime and have done a complete reset on my computer. 

My Livemail account saves sent and deleted mail OK. I have spoken with plus net who do not know the solution.

I really like the Win Mail app it is such a shame it has this problem.

I would like to be able to access my old Hotmail account. My computer is a Microsoft software.

My Windows Live Photo Gallery is not working.  Usually I open a photo/folder of images, with Photo Gallery, and then click on Edit, organize and share, and it takes me to Windows Live Photo Gallery. Now it does not open the image/folder at all, and I can only edit photos from the past.  This started two days ago, and I am wondering if there is a fault.  I've repaired the Windows Essentials but the problem remains. Any help would be appreciated as I use Live Photo Gallery extensively to edit my images, and have done so for years. 

Have thought of removing it and re-installing it but thought I would see what help others are able to offer.

Just bought a new laptop. Setting up Windows Live email and after configuring server settings, I keep getting this message. Any ideas?

I've been using Windows Live Photo Gallery for a while now to tag and organize images of a variety of different formats, and now I am interested in gathering the information I have annotated for statistical analyses, specifically tags and rating. Doing so with JPEGs is easy, as the metadata is stored directly within the image file, but this is not the case for PNG or GIF files. As far as I understood so far, WLPG saves its image data into a file called "Pictures.pd6". Looking into this file, I recognize various filenames and tags written in clear text, but I cannot make any sense of the way the data is structured. Is there a way I could pull the info I need from Pictures.pd6 (simply in the shape of filename + given tags + rating), or is there perhaps an easier way of achieving this?
