Today all of my flagged messages are gone, sent messages are gone as are discarded messages. When I signed in there was a window came up telling me about something new, don't know what.? The only things in my inbox are messages from after 12pm today.
I NEED those pinned and flagged emails.

Windows 10 has been nothing but horrible from the beginning. I have Live Mail 2011 and since an update in early August I can no long send out emails. I can receive them but will not send. Anyone have a solution. I have been using Telus Webmail to send out emails but this is really frustrating, especially as Webmail has been down quite a few times in recent days.

how to modify and solve process
LIke many others there have been log-on problems and the inability to send emails this past week. Perhaps there is a problem with Window Essentials update? While I can finally send emails after my provider intervened they are no longer stored. Obviously the option to save in folder is ticked. What happened and more importantly how can I fix this in a simple manner. This seems to problematic with many people!
My Windows Live Mail is not receiving emails and is constantly asking for username or password even though I know they are correct.
I then get the following message....
Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky (*********) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your username and password for this account.
