Question about Outlook Express

I decided to delete my account and sign in again, but only to discover that the Windows 10 Mail app cannot sign into my gmail account. However, when I did the same to my other gmail account it was fine. 

The error code is 0x8000000b

These are the following things that I have done but rendered fruitless:

1. Create account using POP/IMAP

2. Enableded Forwarding IMAP in my gmail account

3. Trouble shooting in the Windows system

4. Rest Mail & Calendar app

5. Uninstall & reinstall Mail & Calendar app

I think I have exhausted everything possible but it still hasn't been working. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 

What happened to the Skype I had on my system  It was working fine until you decided to upgrade it

received this in an email:

"Your Email Account has been BLACKLISTED under the Mail Network Service due to Subsequent Verification failure on your Account.

Our service team will terminate its service within 48hrs to your Account if proper Verification is not done.

We recommend that you Upgrade and Verified your Account now to avoid suspension."

IS THIS A SCAM?

the day before yesterday I imported photo's from my sd card.  they were removed off the card and now I cannot even find them on my computer.  I have looked through all folders ie pictures, downloads etc and they are nowhere to be found???
