how do I get to the mailbox
Before, about 3-4 weeks ago, I was able to send anything, including pictures and icons, using Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 (Ultimate) on my Dell computer. After installing Windows Live Mail on a older Toshiba computer for Windows 7, I found that Windows Live Mail, on the Dell computer is not working (not being able to send webpages, pictures, icons). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Essentials 2012 two times, and I have synchronized mail folders and messages with the Outlook Mail servers following the steps in an article titled "Windows Live Mail and Outlook Mail". Windows Live Mail is working except sending pictures and icons, on Dell computer; interestingly Windows Live Mail on Toshiba computer is doing it.
Any advise for this problem?

Hello,
To Keep my Pictures synched I moved my local Pictures libraray into my OneDrive Folder. I enabled the Option "Always keep on this Device" so they are locally stored on my drive. If I open These Pictures via the Explorer everything works fine and they open instantly.
If however I look through my library in the Photos App all my Pictures (which exist on my drive in a Folder I enabled in the Photos App) behave like they were not on my local drive. They load slowly and are not shown at all if I disable the Option to Show "Cloud only" photos.
Is there a way to fix this Problem?
With kind regards,
Martin

This has started today on 01-10-2018. Running Windows 7 for about 4 years on the computer.
Windows Live mail starts normally and mails are received normally and can be opened and read. Such messages can also be moved to any desired folder.
The problem starts when a new mail is to be created or when a reply is initiated to a received message.
In both cases a pop up box appears with the following exact message:
A problem has occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again.
In the case of a new message being created the normal new window is not opened.
I have seen that Google has many such searches so this is not a totally new error. I have followed a few threads and performed the suggested solutions .. to no avail.
There has been 2 optional Windows updates in the last few days. I tried the updates which crashed my system .. two times.
I reverted to a restore point which appeared to be okay .. that is until I want to write a mail.
