I can not enter an event into the Windows Live Mail Calendar.
The quick box at the lower right: I can type into it, but can not make it remember my event.
When I open the CALENDAR on the left side: If I select the day of my event, I obtain a blue line for the time of my event, but I can not enter any text.
If I select the entire month option, I obtain a large blue box for the day of my event. I can not enter text into this blue box.
I am logged into Microsoft. I am not trying to email these events.
I'm having a problem with the Mail App (have a 50/50 chance of successfully sending an email), but the only way I found to talk to someone about it is their weird chat feature.
I don't have time for a chat and personally, I am more comfortable sending an email anyway, but found that option nowhere.
Does anyone have an email address or know if one even exists?
