Im trying to "download all folders" from an email account sync'd in my windows live mail application.  I however am able to click on this option from the drop down menu when right clicking on the account.  It is greyed out and will not let me click it.   I have other folders on my account that do not show up when using windows live mail application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My question is why did this program download my videos and when I transferred two of the three videos to a video converter I had no problem. Now when I transferred the last one, I get the message that my video converter does not support it. What happened? It has the same *.wlmp .

Please let me know as my project is time sensitive.

After loading Windows 10 we lost Windows Live Mail and all of our past emails that were on the hard drive. Where would Live Mail have stored them and is it possible to retrieve them without Windows Live Mail on the computer? In order to get them back is it possible to get Windows Live Mail again?

I'm running Windows Live Mail 2012 under Windows 10 Pro.  It's been working flawlessly for a long time, but all of a sudden I am unable to open some attachments simply by double-clicking the attachment icon in the incoming message.  Image files open Windows Photo Viewer and display, but .pdf, .doc and .xls, for example, just do nothing.  Hyperlinks within the message text open my browser just fine, however.  I can right-click the attachment icon and Save as... onto the Desktop, then open the attachment from there, but I can't drag it from the mail message to the Desktop anymore or use the right-click/Open option.  Thanks in advance for any tips on this.

I want to know how to remove newly created email accounts in the Windows Live Mail function. I now have several accounts showing in the Send/Receive drop down box of Live Mail and wish to remove all but one of them.

My junk email box keeps refilling itself, not only with junk messages but numerous copies of the same email  Even after I empty it (or delete them), it just refills and then I get a message saying I have gone 'above my quota" and I can't receive any more emails, even in my inbox.

I am still using Windows Live Mail which is far and above my preference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
