Microsoft photos movie maker

I made a movie using photos.  When I try to export/share, I get a message that says "something went wrong"  we can't save your movie.  There is no explanation and I have tried remaking the movie with and with out music, letting the program make my movie for me, etc.  Has anyone had this issue?  I have used this program before with out problem.

Solutions not clear and not acceptable for a non-techie.  Microsoft needs to issue an update immediately to fix the problem and not rely on users to unravel obscure instructions.  You are losing the battle to Apple.

all of a sudden, something changed in the 'new' page.  When I try to attach pics, I get screen asking about format and frames and the pics are not sized correctly.  When I try to send them, get a message saying can't publish and the email stays in my outbox.  This is in Windows Live Mail.

I asked a question last night about windows 10 live mail?  How do I find it again so I can try what the responder had to say.

Its about emails being downloaded more than once after I have deleted the original.  I'd appreciate any ones help.

I am having valid eMails being regarded as Phishing or Junk - sender is in my address book -n want to look at blocked senders list to see if they are there and cannot any ideas
