Question about Outlook Express

I keep getting messages saying that Outlook cannot connect with two of my former email accounts.

Both are no longer active as I have changed ISPs.

However, I have been unable to find a way to delete the accounts from my Outlook program.

How is it done. The new Outlook format is confusing to say the least. I'm not even sure that I'm using the new one. I do have Office 365. Shouldn't it update automatically?

How can I down load Photo gallery to my laptop and will my old pictures be included in the download?

I am also having a problem with widows live mail password. I know my email account password but live mail keeps asking me to sign into "live mail" I cant so I need to reset a password for "live Mail" not my gmail, yahoomail or sbcglobal mail that I check using LIVE MAIL. Please understand this is a problem with live mail not my email accounts.

I am using MM (2012) Build 16.4.3528.0331

Clip I am working on is just 22 seconds long

I'd like to trim a few seconds from the end of the clip (it's black for too long after the transition fading from video to black.

In any event almost all options in the Video Tools - Edit  (including split, set start point, set end point) are grayed out and cannot be clicked.

OS Windows 10.

I reinstalled Windows 10 because I was having problems a 100% disk usage.  After trying everything I could think of, reinstalling Windows 10 seemed my last option.  It may have fixed my issue but now I cannot find how to put back may Windows Live Mail program. I backed up all my folders and contacts so I think I am good there but I can't find the app.  I've searched and searched the internet but have not found an answer. Does anyone know how to do this?

can not send or receive e-mail until about 4:00 afternoon. nothing different in password keeps asking me to sign in. then get error code 0x800CCC92.

tried to repair windows essentials no luck. help
