I lost my outlook and had to reinstall it and now I cannot get my contacts to work with it.
win10 update KB4023057 installed 12/9 lost WLM restored to point before KB update. Still no e-mail data or e-mail account. Where are all my messages? This is 3rd time in 11 months each time w/update to Win10.
I first restored to a point before the most recent install of KB4023057 (12/9/2018), WLM did not restore.
How can I restore my e-mail messages and folders, including those lost in March 2018?

KB4023057 reinstalled 12/9/18 after the recovery.
Someone tried to send to me large .pdf attachments. I did not receive any notice that the email was rejected. The email just never appeared. I checked with my website hosting service and they indicated there was no size limit that would affect my receipt
when I told them the size. I finally received the email with attachments reduced into several emails w/ attachment. Later I tried to forward emails & attachments to another party and the email would go to my Outbox but NEVER get sent. What is going on with
my 2012 Live Mail software? Is there an upgrade? I rarely have had any problems with Windows Live Mail software.
Windows Live ID (windows 7) keeps reverting back to disabled even using delayed start. The only programs updated in the last 60 days, the time period when this started, are Avast related. But I don't see anything in Avast related to this.
Any ideas?

When I check my email messages on the Acer laptop, it only gives me a limited number of messages, but when I check *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on the Telus webmail internet, there's a long list of emails in my inbox. Why aren't all of them displayed on the laptop

I cannot get into my livemail account - every time I hit the small livemail icon on my screen I get a box that says Microsoft Live Mail - 2 messages executing - this has been there for days. I just want to get rid of the box, get rid of the 2 emails that won't go through and get into my livemail emails. Help please. Microsoft technicians cannot help me evidently.
I can't sing in on my Microsoft account at the my Windows, when i click on that it doesn't show any thing like the page of singing on my account it doesn't show any action. Could you please solve it ?
