Hi,
I'm not able to logon to my email. It stopped working a couple of days ago and I did not change anything (logon or password). First I'm asked for User Name and Password, and the are added and correct. I hit okay and the logon comes back up. Then I hit cancel and I get an error message
Unable to send or receive messages for the Comcast (diverrck) account. An incorrect email user name was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
