Question about Outlook Express

Hi Today I clicked on my windows live mail and the logon comes up when I put in my details it keeps coming back saying

Unable to send or receive messages for the Talktalk (grahamejoan) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I am putting in the right password. I have also tried to repair it but it wont do it. Can you help. I am on internet explorer 11

Hi, I have a solution for not one, but TWO problems associated with this outdated, but nevertheless unsurpassed program. These tips apply to Windows 10 (which you should use for many reasons from functionality to security)

1. Installation:
   Use google to find and download a setup file with the correct language version. The language has to correspond with your windows language and/or regional settings.
   
2. Operational problems:
   If some images don't want to open due to "memory" problems and if they don't show full screen in presentation mode, do the following:
   • Right click shortcut icon,
   • select properties
   • select compatibility tab.
   • Press Change high DPI settings button. 
   • tick both boxes
   • close windows with OK

Everything should run smoothly now

I need current information on repairing windows live email at&t is my carrier and I cant seen to get a relevant response from them error message is cant send or receive in pop3 server 995. I can fix things if I now what to fix this seemed to have went down with update this month
