Question about Outlook Express

Dear all,

Issue:

Some sound tracks in my video are "jerky" / "halting" / "jolting" once the video is exported.

Full description:
-The audio files are independent from the video

-Video files are muted

-Some audio files works, some don't (there no obvious reason for that, all audio files are more or less the same)

-The files perfectly well when playing the video in WMM but as soon as I export the video and play it on Windows media player for example, it does the -same jerky sound.

Failing attempt to solve the issue:

-I restarted the software

-I restarted my computer

-I exported the video in several format

-I played the video on several software

-WORST: I deleted the audio track and imported the same one / another one 

Nothing changes. My problem remain the same. It's like it comes from the video track but I don't understand why.

If you have a suggestion please do not hesitate.

Have just finished creating a lengthy slideshow with heaps of photos and captions...........followed by about 25mins of video on the end.

When attempt to save it to 1080 hi-definition display it finally fails each time and comes up with the following message.

I have checked options and the file preparation boxes are ticked off so am at a loss what to do next. The problem is in the SS I know because I tried rendering the video footage only and there was no problem.

Please tell me what to do so that my Windows Live Mail 2012 will open. 

My computer uses Windows 8.

It does not seem to be a memory issue. I went in to the email site and deleted enough emails so that it should open.

I used Windows Movie Maker to create a video (movie) using several music files for background. When I tried to process the video on DVD Maker a message popped up stating "Menu audio file is not accessible. The setting has been cleared."

Do I need to convert the music files to a different format, and if so what format should the files be converted to?

I am getting the following error while accessing a file through ASP web site just hosted on Windows 2016 server.  

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Earlier the website was running successfully on Windows 2003 server.

The folder and the file are on the same IIS server on Windows 2016. 

Earlier the folder on Windows 2003 server was having an option to share the website, which was configured correctly, and it worked, but now there is no option on Windows 2016 server for a folder to share any web site, which might be the reason for the error.

Can any one guide me how to share a folder and its files to a web site on the same server Windows 2016, or any suggestion / alternative solution. Thanks !!
