Question about Outlook Express

I am consistently experiencing problems getting emails through to a particular person who uses Windows Live email.

I don't use Windows Live myself but have tried sending this person an email from a Mozilla email account, a Gmail account and an Outlook account, yet they never get there.

I have taken the obvious step of double and triple-checking that I am sending to the correct address and have even tried simply replying to a message that I received from this person, but still my messages don't get through.

I have checked the settings on their computer and none of my email addresses are in their blocked list. I have even added my addresses to their "allow" list but still nothing gets through.

Do you have any suggestions as to what might be causing this problem?

I need some help in regards to my recently purchased laptop, I'm not very good with technology. I have been trying to download my photos off of my phone onto the one drive and every time it starts to download it then freezes and I cant even do the usual closing the task down, am I putting too many photos on? is there a way to stop the freezing or is this a fault? 

would appreciate it if anyone can let me know what to do for the best, thank you.

THIS STARTED WEDNESDAY MORNING AND I HAVE NOT MADE ANY CHANGES TO MY COMPUTER PRIOR TO THAT ..

I HAVE SENT MYSELF MULTIPLS EMAILS OVER THE LAST 2 DAYS AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS OVER AND OVER

I've just bought a new iPad 6th generation and transferred all data etc from my previous iPad. However, I cannot access my e-mail from live.co.uk. A message "the mail server"imap-mail.outlook.com" is not responding, verify you have entered the correct account into mail settings" appears. My mail settings appear to have the correct live addredd.

Help?

I'm using hotmail and have begun to have problems in not seeing responses to group emails sent out. I see the original message and can reply, but when others reply to that same message, I don't see any of those replies.

This has happened several times ; I know I'm missing things because I have a linked gmail account and can see the rest of the replies in my gmail account but not my hotmail account.

I'm currently using my hotmail account for business but if I can't see group messages and responses, it's not functional.

How do I fix this?
