Question about Outlook Express

Dear MS or GOOGLE -- I hope GOOGLE or ALPHABET (I own stock in all three aforementioned companies.

I HATE WASHINGTON, home of the once-beloved MICROSOFT. I was around when Windows DEBUTED in Washington, whilst I lived in San Francisco, CA, next to SILICON VALLey. ON the PENINSULA. Famous for tech... FOG... and the 1989 Loma Prieta quake. I was on Market Street when it happened. FAST FORWARD to 2019. I live once again in my hometown of SNOWFLAKE, AZ 85937. All American. Now 65ish percent Mormon. Down from 100% in 1878, the year of its founding by my grandfather WILLIAM JORDAN FLAKE (2nd gen Mormon and crossed the plains to SLC near OREM, former home of WordPERFECT, used by the law firm I worked for in SF in the 1980s and early 90s. When Microsoft Windows debuted. Now I prefer GOOGLE products. Which didn't exist then. Who knows what's next. I hope nothing big in the tech world. Though if it does, I'm a quick learner. And no, MS doesn't suck. It just doesn't work as well as Chromium OS, which I'm now happy with even in beta form. For free. You can do it too. And now we'll find out if this is Microsoft controlled or Google/Alphabet soup. When I SUBMIT THIS. More accurately, I will FIND OUT SOON. Very soon running Chromium OS. Tomorrow running WINDOWS 10.  Which I don't care for much. Because it's rude and presumptive. Like Microsoft itself. Which is a cash cow. Past its prime. I moved back to AZ to get my MBA from TGSOB (otherwise known as Thunderbird, which, like PHX is rising from the ASHES of 9/11 -- or that's New York. Love it too. Silicon Alley.... AND ALL! Worked in Southampton for several years in a hotel. Because my MBA hit a snagged market. No, I'm not British. Just an ordinary American hoping he didn't waste his time on this thing. Better copy it. Okay I know that livemail is dead, but its a program I found really usefull

Livemail 2012 is just rubbish, 2011 is so much better

Is there anywhere I can download 2011 and windows essentials ?

I have livemail 2011 on my laptop, but I downloaded and installed it from an old PC

Hello - just starting today, I can not send out email in Windows Live.  I receive email fine, just wont send it out (it is 'stuck' in the Outbox).  The warning message is:

"The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

I can send out email to my from my online server email account, so it's not the servers fault on this.
