Question about Outlook Express

The W.L.M. client works fine, but I want to fix the storage folders before I change their location.

1. The bulk of my stored email is in a folder tree sub-branch of 'Recovered Items' - but my WLM Client has no such folder as 'Recovered Items'.

2. A top folder in my WLM Client is called 'ByName', but in the storage, 'ByName' folder has only a small number of (empty) folders, which get recreated if I delete them, and which get populated if I move emails into them in the Client.

3. 'Received' folder in storage is empty, but in my WLM Client it is well populated.

4. Outbox and Storage Folders have acquired '(1)' after them - which keeps returning if I delete it.

Having difficulties importing live photos from iPhone to windows 7, the import gives an error and then stops. I have tries using different computers and changing cables etc but nothing seems to work,. called up applecare and they are saying it is issue with microsoft.

anyone having same issue or know how to fix it? i deleted some of live photos to progress my import.  but i realized i have so many live photos and dont want to delete them all.

estoy editando un documento protegido en el que aparece el texto entre corchetes [ ] y sombreado en gris (Ej. [Texto]).

¿Podríais decirme cómo hacer para que al guardar el documento (ya sea en word o PDF) los corchetes desaparezcan?

How can I see the contents of help??

I uploaded photos onto this windows 10 lap top, I put them in a folder but now I want to edit or copy them I cant. what happened to copy and paste it is imposible to find the actual files or the folder. t

Theres no save as button or anything sensible. Windows 10 is a massive step back, they got it right with XP but went on to develop something totally unusable.

I cant message Microsoft because I cant find the product key folder. It must be deliberate, they cant have accidentaly created a user unfriendly system surely. xx

I use Windows Movie Maker on Windows 7. This time I uploaded pictures and music, saved it, then reloaded it in order to edit. However, although it reloaded, it does not move along and appears greyed out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
