My question is why in window movie maker which I still have in 2019 why was the stabilization button removed in movie maker. How can I make my video stable in movie maker without the stabilization button, or do you microsoft have another program that is free to download on laptop that has a stabilization button. I have to keep windows movie maker because my school homework have to be done in movie maker so I need help with this one. If you have an app that works like movie maker please let me know.

I have tried numerous ways to do this from various suggestions but they keep coming back. I may have found a way but time will tell but it appears to be working so far.
Cut the file and paste into an external devices such as a memory card or a USB.
Remove the card or USB for a few minutes. Then re-insert and delete the file and remove it again
So far, this seems to have worked. Have rebooted a couple of time and still no sign of the deleted and unwanted file
I have created new Email address in Outlook and are having problems with synchronizing these in Windows Live mail on my PC.
Server error 404, windows live mail error id ox80194194 refers. My office 2013 pack does NOT have Outlook.
Q1 - Will Live mail work with Outlook.
Q2 - If not do I need to upgrade to Office 365 Home.
Q3 - Can I migrate all my storage folders Ex Live mail to Outlook.
