When I click new email it brings up a box that says "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again" There is no error code. I've tried running the fix on Windows Essentials 2012 a couple of times, but still get the same message after rebooting. I'm on Windows 10. Everything else seems to work fine. I get emails etc. There is nothing in the out box. Any ideas out there?
I signed out ow windows live mail a while ago, and it won't let me sign back in, saying my email address or password is incorrect.
I have done the change password routine several times, but every time i reset the password it still give me the same response about my email address or password being incorrect.
I can access and send emails OK, but i can't get to all my saved contacts until i sign back in.
Help please.
I have a couple of video projects that have been developed in Movie Maker I want to finish, but I have just found that I can not open or edit them. I am running Windows 7 on my computer. Do I have to get Windows 10 to be able to open these files or will I have to rebuild my movies in a different software?
