Hi, I have been paying 6.99 a month for years and my pc got hacked so I was hoping that micro support could help me again with this issue that Ive had before. Also, my default email isn't working at all and when I called Microsoft to get cs I waited for almost an HOUR on the phone and NO ONE ever answered!!!!! Can someone please tell me how I may get connected to someone who can look into the hack job and the default email that is not working or syncing for me either.??? Thank you :-)

Microsoft has chosen to remove access to Windows Live Mail in the latest version of Windows 10. I re-setup my email accounts in Windows Mail but no longer have access to stored emails from Live Mail. Is there some way to migrate Windows Live Mail Storage Folders into Windows Mail?
I can view individual emails (.eml format) from the storage folder location, but cannot save the email in Mail! HELP! I have several hundred critical emails in my storage folders

My Windows Movie Maker warps the videos I save.
I'm not sure what version of Movie Maker but the videos are MOV format from my iphone. After the editing is done and saved, some clips are warped and stretched out. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed? Thanks!
