Question about Outlook Express

2 days ago, I was suddenly unable to access Hotmail using Windows Live Mail with IMAP.

What change did Microsoft make to its IMAP server 2 days ago?

Background -

For the last 2 days, I cannot sign-in to Hotmail using Windows Live Mail (WLM) with IMAP in Windows 7.

By going to OUTLOOK.COM (in my web browser) I can still sign-in. But using the WLM app I now get this 0x800CCC0F error:

"XOAUTH2 authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported by your IMAP server are supported on this computer."

How do I reconnect my hotmail account to Windows Live Mail ?

I have been trying to switch accounts on my laptop but when I press finish it comes up with the code Oxd000072.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to changed something else in the laptop?

When I was working on my slideshow, all of a sudden when a slide was transitioning, the music would skip a beat. I have been working on this show for awhile and this has never happened before.
